onthatlevelhehadneversetfoot。Thereisnothingmoredisappointingtothegenerousmanthanthewayinwhichhisabsolutefranknessismetbythemanoftheworld——alwayslookingoutformotives,andimaginingthemafterwhatisinhimself。
